The nicest and quietest private gated residential community on the waterfront in Key West is located just off North Roosevelt Boulevard on the Gulf side. All 25 units have covered parking, swimming pools, and feature large rooms and decks.

Developed by Pritam Singh in 1999, this premiere facility was renamed recently. The original name was Roosevelt Annex.
